watch She Kills - trailer (Grindhouse movie)

Hey guys, I am an Indie filmmaker rapping up a movie I made called She Kills. It is a homage to grindhouse/exploitation pictures of the 1970's. Check the trailer out and let me know what you think!

Here is a quick description of the movie. When Sadie's husband is murdered by a vicious gang called "The Touchers", she finds she possesses a strange hidden power to aid her in her quest for revenge!

You can find out more by going to my Facebook page and checking out more of my trailers on YouTube, there is five additional teaser trailer for other characters in the movie.

Looks (almost) good!

Might wanna give it some more color grading and adjustment to give it that proper grindhouse feel.

Yep, I agree with Ray. Looks good, but could do with some colour grading. Also, in all the examples Ray posted, there is a heavy grain and wear, to make the picture appear to be old film, just as you see in copies of a good number of movies from that era. It's not necessary, of course, but you may want to add some of these effects, as it seems to be the done thing when creating a "grindhouse" movie. Completely up to you though.

Anyway, congrats on finishing up your movie!

Thanks, appreciate the feedback, I actually did different levels of grain and scratches on the various trailers, including the teasers. On this trailer, I went for a restored look, or say a transfer from a pristine 35mm found print, so it has light dirt and grain at 50% with light scratches. But some of the others I did, some of them get pretty dirty, like someone found an old 35mm trailer reel buried in the closet of an old movie theater. Check them out, and again thanks for the feedback!
