I've listed several items on ebay, this thread contains links photos and details. I will continue to update as more items are added.

This fully mechanical SLR camera works beautifully. It comes with the DP-1 pentaprism viewfinder, prism focus screen, shoulder strap, and leather case. The built in light meter is non functional, but a separate hand held meter is included.


There are a few other items I will be adding to this list as well, need to gather all the info together yet though.

Near-Mint condition super 8 camera. 8.5-34mm zoom lens looks clean and uncloudy, has built in macro setting, auto or manual exposure (internal light meter responds very well), will do 18fps or single frame mode (would be good for stop motion). Runs on 4 double A batteries. Hard case and 2 rolls of K-40 (of unknown age) also included.

I didn't, no.. but when I bought it a few years ago the guy had some sample footage (which sadly I don't have a link for) and it looked good. Solid frame, no wobble.

I also have a beaulieu 2008 with 4 lenses I'm about to list too. I have no idea what condition it is in, because the battery cell was dead. I intended to build a battery pack for it, but never got around to it. So I don't know if it works for sure, but have no reason to suspect that it doesn't. I'll put a link to that and photos up tonight.

The Beaulieu 2008 Super 8 camera is one of very few super 8 cameras capable of using interchangable lenses, this camera like others from Beaulieu accepts c-mount lenses. Converters for going from various mounts to c-mount are readily available, this means PL-mount, Nikon mount, etc can all be used with this camera.

Beaulieu is a french made camera. It has a guillotine shutter with reflex mirror rather than the beam splitter that the majority of super 8 cameras employ. This means that 100% of the light coming through the lens will reach the film.

The camera features a manually set 10-400 ASA speed, and 2-50 frames per second. Both of these settings are automatically tied to the TTL meter


The camera comes with the following lenses:

All lenses look clean and free of flaws. Focus rings on the Elgeet and two Kern-Paillard's are very stiff from non-use.

This camera is being sold As-Is, only because I have never tested it. I purchased it planning to build a new battery pack for it, but never found the time to do so. However, I have no reason to suspect that it would not work with a proper battery, but can make no guarantee.
