Script Supervisor logs and working sheets

Very soon I'm going to be a Script Supervisor for a small production. I need a website with all the standard (I repeat, standard) examples of working sheets the Script Supervisor need. Because I find many different and altered sheets on google. I never saw them, never had a chance to work with them. I did something like Script Supervising before, but that was in 3D graphics, which is different and not that official. This production requires everyone to work in a standard way, so that everyone will understand my logs. And I can't just be like, - "Guys, show me an example of this sheets", - because I was hired as someone who already knows what he's doing. It's a job. So, is there a website for all standard filming sheets?
