I just thought that if anyone here on IndieTalk has ever considered going to a screenwriting seminar, you definitely want to consider going to Bill Martell's. Although I haven't attended his seminar, I have attended all of his workshops held for the last two years at the Screenwriting Expo in Los Angeles.

Bill's the real deal... If you can't make it to the seminar, definitely invest in his Blue Book series as well as his book, SECRETS OF ACTION SCREENWRITING . The information can definitely be used for non-action screenplays as well.
