My friends and I have been trying to get an idea off the ground for over a year now and have run into some snags. Though our opinions differ on why I feel that the overwhelming initial interest we get and the radio silence thereafter is due to the fact that prospective investors can't get a clear bead on what the final product will look like.
This brings me to the topic above. We have decided to put together different scenes from the series to give an overall feel for the atmosphere of the show and the world it takes place in. The only issue that I'm running into is the fact that I won't be able to make put the scenes together with the production values that I would like. I plan to move ahead with the scenes, but I have no idea whether these scenes would help or hurt our chances with potential investors
