I'm creating a scifi character and I'm trying to find a material I can use for it, in going for a some what skin tight looking suit probably all black and then ill design on top of that, I was looking into rubber suits but there expensive and most were for women an a man will be wearing this costume. If anyone knows of any cheap suits that would fit the criteria I'm asking for that would be awesome. Black or grey are the preferable colors if the base suit though.

Morph suits are cheap and skin tight. Just don't wear the head/face part.
Metallic lycra Spandex. There are costume constructors in China who make them cheaper than anywhere in the world.

There are plenty of Halo Armor tutorials, the same techniques which could be used to make just about any sort of outfit.
Personally, I find the whole skin-tight catsuit approach to be silly. If you want to really sell a look, remember that form follows function. If you go with form for the sake of form it's just not going to be believable.
