I want to add some blurbs to my trailer, and I have some nice quotes by a couple of well respected industry people that were said to me privately in email after watching the film, but not in a publicized review. Is there any sort of legal problem with using their name and/or organization?
Let's say I ask them if I can use their quote in my trailer and they say yes, but later on once the movie is released decide to change their mind. Am I not protected in any way?
