Quite cool, and considerably cheaper than using a real helicopter. Though I probably wouldn't risk having a camera hover in the air.

I wish I had a remote controlled car right now so I can try a similar effect.

I've been thinking of doing something like that but for my flip camera (smaller and less expensive). The main issue is building the chopper cheaply enough to justify the number of times I'll have it slam into the ground...

But its on my DIY list.

Sounds fun. Makes sense too that you use a Flip. It just feels so much more compact compared to a DSLR.
