The Rights Bidding System allows a Buyer to place a bid on specific films for specific territories, giving the rights holder the option of accepting or rejecting the bid. The main purpose of OMS is to provide a tool for a filmmaker or for anyone who owns or controls territorial rights to a feature film, a tool which enables all filmmakers and sales agents to exploit their film title to potential Buyers.
