Red One vs. 35mm

What is the advantage of using a Red One camera over a 35mm? Approx. how much would it cost to transfer a 90 minute film from a Red One to 35mm film?

Yes, imagine adding 1-2 frames back meant grabbing the 1-2 physical frames back from a trash can next to the steenbeck table, taping them back into the workprint (film positive print)
