Recommendation for good LED lights?

Hi,

I've been given an opportunity to make a video for an organisation and they can grant me a budget of up to £500.

I've never used LED lights for video before. So I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice for using LED lights (in an interview set up) and some recommendations for buying one?
