Calling all Film Makers
The River Aire Ten Minute Amateur Film Festival is designed to give a platform to amateur film makers to show their work to a live audience. The main event will be held at Leeds City College Keighley Campus. All profits will raise money for two charities, The British Heart Foundation and Stand Up To Cancer.
The winners of each genre will then be featured at the RED CARPET event at the Keighley Picture House cinema, where prizes will be awarded, an overall winner announced, and the showing of the films in full. This event will be attended by several Hollywood stars to be announced soon, who will also be judging the overall winner award.
We are looking for entrants for the festival to send us their films in digital format.
The rules are simple,
1. Film showing time up to 10 minutes (no minimum).
2. They should be amateur film makers who enter their own work
All films should be submitted by 30th April 2013, they will need to be accompanied by a brief review which will be published in the program.
