Question on if this is viable prop for a low budget thing

So two of my characters in a web series I want to make, which are assassins/very stealthy people using short swords that fold, kind of like the sword in Dishonored.

I don't plan on the start of the Web Series (through I hope it grows larger as it goes on) budget being that large, so I want to have a guess on how much that prop would cost.
