Question about getting a cardioid.

I ordered the AT4053b, but then now the store tells me they weren't able to get that one in The closest one they have to that is the AT4050b. Is this one a good broadcast grade mic or will I need something else?

A far as I know Audio Technica doesn't even make an AT4050b. They do make the AT4050 which is a large diaphragm mic and unsuited for production sound work.

B&H has the AT4053b in stock.

Okay thanks. I was thinking of ordering from the store where I live though maybe. Are there any mics like the 4053b that are just as good or even better for a similar price, preferably Audio Technica?
