Here is how I figure it will take to finish my project which will be filmed in South Africa. Please help me with your 2cents:

Preproduction - 4 weeks
Photography - 2 weeks
Post production - 4 weeks - non linear (final cut)

It's 85 pages long. Few cast and locations.

what do you guys think?

IF the crews tight and you have a reallygood ad and line producer then 2 weeks for princaple is fine (3 would be better)
as for pre and post how fast can you work?

You might be lucky to get your rough cut done in 4 weeks. A typical Hollywood feature takes 6-12 months to post. Indie films often take 3 months & up.
