I have the free trial of adobe premiere pro. when i play my video back in the editing window the video is stuttering and choppy. I dropped my playback resolution down to 1/4 but its still choppy. The program wont let me drop my playback resolution down to 1/8 or 1/16. I am using an hp. Is this a software problem or is it my cpu. Please help.
