editing PluralEyes - Syncing after edit? Any Success?

I used plural eyes. I did sync my files first and then started editing.

Then my computer goes CRASH bam boom. I lose a lot of my sync files.

I keep editing.

HAS ANYONE HAD ANY LUCK USING PLURAL EYES AFTER EDIT?

What do you mean you lost your "sync" files?

If you have everything in a drive, just come by my place whenever and resync your files. I still don't know what you mean by you lost your "sync" files though.

Pluraleyes recommends syncing unedited files only. I already edited my film (well almost done), which means i have new in and outs. Plural eyes doesn't like that. They want no new in and outs to sync.
