Biggest issue for me is they looked as if they were acting.

Nice camera movement? Nicely framed shots.

Is the focus a little soft as well?

Can you post a spec list? Types of cameras, lenses, and post editing software you used, and what your camera settings were. Maybe even a mention of rigs, dollies, jibs, and whatever else used for camera movement.
