Submissions are now open for Parallax Film Festival 2016, a BFI-funded independent film festival taking place at The Collection Lincoln & Usher Gallery on the 12th and 13th of November 2016!
All of the films and exhibitions at this year's festival relate to the concept of youth - if your film has any connection to the theme, significant or small, don't hesitate to submit and have a chance to screen alongside a number of well-established films, as well as the opportunity to win one of four awards
