oktava mk-102 issue

Hey there!

I just stumbled upon another weird problem regarding the connection between my Oktava mk-102 and Zoom h4n recorder. Well I have a feeling its more of a cable problem because whenever I record with my mic I only seem to get either Right side of hearing on my right ear or left ear depending on the input (there are two of them on a Zoom h4n). Can this be fixed or is this normal cause I can only hear playback on one of side of the headphone.
