I'm selling my lovely Nikon R10 Super 8 film camera





I hope it finds a happy home. It's been very good to me & I've shot several Super 8 short films with it (CLICK HERE) plus several flashback scenes in my new feature HORRORS OF WAR (CLICK HERE).

It works and it's in great condition.

Just wondering... Why are you selling it?

I need to buy a car. It's still several weeks and even a few months until HORRORS OF WAR kicks in with any real $$$. My mighty Mustang died, so I am car-less. Plus, I don't think I'll be shooting Super 8 ever again now that Kodachrome 40 is gone. I think I want to stick with 16mm or higher. I feel I earned it.

That was 5 years ago.... no. It sold within a few days of that post. I haven't shot super 8 since. I miss Kodachrome so much. It was a unique look that cannot be emulated at this time.
