So I have been hired as a Video Producer fresh out a college at a corporation that really wants to revamp their video department and bring it into the 21st century. I am pretty much a one man team and was asked to overview all of their equipment and make a compiled list of all the upgrades they need. For reference this gear will be used for company interviews, corporate training videos, web based content, voice-overs, travel to different sites and various other requirements on a need by need basis. Due to this I have tried to create a list of equipment that allows of for a lot of wiggle room in what we can do. In terms of budget everything listed is kinda at the point of what we want to spend for each category. I would love to hear the communities thoughts and feedback on my list. I have done a decent amount of research on everything on this list but am still new and due to this I have not had access to the higher end equipment and would therefor love to hear what people who have worked with this gear have to say. Also I know there are a lot of things that can be added to this list and we do have some lighting equipment already. This is a kind of bare bones essentials list to get us started out but with that in mind if there is anything that could be added let me know.
