Final cut pro has always shipped with a product like this... (from Boris, IIRC)
Digital Juice has had a product like this for years...

The only new thing I see in here is the 3D output... which is a good thing for folks making 3D content.

3D is a good thing.

They have some other products I'm interested in, such as an audio effects plug-in to simplify turning recording dialogue into sound like its coming from a phone, radio, TV, or walkie-talkie.
