Our crime/comedy feature film "NEW LEASE" is now up and running and sailing the festival oceans.
Pete "Muscles" Hicks is a shady crook on the run from an angry boss.
When he settles into his latest hideout he doesn't expect to have police officer, Mike Allen, joining him.
As the new flatmates get acquainted with each other on a night out, a pair of bungling burglars break into their apartment...and discover a little more in store than the shining silverware they came for.
What follows are an unpredictable 24 hours in which hare-brained schemes and unexpected guests entangle them all in one big mess of ignorance, stupidity and survival...all in one apartment.
