I saw a video of it on New Blue's web site. You select a small sample of something in your picture frame of video and it blows it up to full screen resolution to use as a background in a video production.
I'm wondering if it uses fractal math and graphics to blow up small images to full screen backgrounds without distorting or pixelating the image.
That is a handy plug-in to have with Vegas Pro.
