Need help writing a summary!

I'm TERRIBLE at condensing what my films are about into a small amount of words. Is someone able to help me out? I don't know what parts to leave in or take out.

I'm trying to come up with one 250 words or less...

Here is the rule of thumb:

Tell the main character and what his state he is in. Then the trouble he gets in. Then round up what the film is all about.

For better reference, look unto the summary of the same genre of your film. You'll get a good grasp what you'll leave out and what you'll include.
