I have an idea about a man who wreaks havoc in a city but he does so in a clever way, and there is somewhat a mysterious vibe that follows him. (kind of like the killer in se7en). Anyways, when he gets caught by the FBI, you are introduced and shocked that he has an identical twin in which he was committing the crimes with. He then helps him escape custody. Please email me what would intrigue you through this idea.

What would intrigue me is: If this gets made, who is your financier/investor.

Plot reminds me of a few episodes of Luther. And also, wouldn't posting ideas on here rather than emailing them be more useful? That way everyone will know what ideas have already been said.
