Need advice on PluralEyes and Premiere Pro 5.5

I'm shooting on DSLR and recording my audio separately. I'm attempting to use PluralEyes for audio synch but can't quite figure out a good workflow.

I have a separate audio file for each video file I've shot. I want to synch up each externally-recorded audio file with its corresponding video file but because of the .xml export nature of the PluralEyes standalone program I haven't found an efficient way to do this since PluralEyes only works with a single sequence.

Does anyone else use PluralEyes with Premiere for this use case? How do you set up your Premiere project to make this as efficient as possible?

I use it, what I do is stick all of the footage/audio into one sequence and then export the XML and let plural eyes do it's thing. Then import he synced XML into premiere and clean up the sequence, arrange shots etc. Back that up, then copy and past clips from there into the sequence you edit.

Not the most ideal workflow for some, but it beats syncing every clip.
