Attention all undergraduate and high school student filmmakers! The Columbia University National Undergraduate Film Festival (CUNUFF) is pleased to announce our call for submissions for our 4th annual national undergraduate film festival. Ten selected finalists will:
We accept films of all genres made by any student currently enrolled in an undergraduate college or university or high school. Early deadline will be January 22nd, 2008, regular deadline will be February 29th, 2008, and late deadline will be March 5th, 2008. The festival will take place in late March.

- have their film screened in front of an audience of hundreds at Columbia University in New York City
- have their film reviewed by a panel of film professors and industry professionals
- compete for ten awards that are accompanied beautiful glass statuettes denoting achievement, and four awards that will include cash prizes:
- Best Picture ($400 cash prize)
- Best Directed ($100 cash prize)
- Best Screenplay ($50 cash prize)
- The Concord Award for best film voted by the general audience ($50 cash prize)
- The Opus Award for best use of music and sound
- The Frontiers Award for Most Original Film
- The Gateway Award for an outstanding film of a humanitarian nature or a film dedicated to community service
- Best Editing
- Best Cinematography
- Best Acting
