Why was the aerial footage watermarked?

I assume you used some sort of bounce from below in the shots where the main rapper was walking toward camera through an alley? It was a little too much bounce to my eye. Overall visually not bad, some slow moments, but not bad. I watched without sound.
 
they only allowed me to use the aerial shots if the company was promoting. thank you very much for your comment will vicent.
