sound Music Rights vs. Permission....

...this occurred to me as I was finding out who to contact about music rights...

...is there a difference between Music Rights and Permission? What is the difference? I really need to find rather quickly, so as to make sure I go in with my eyes open and its not as if I have that much money....

You need a Master Use and a Sync agreement. The two can be combined as one contract or done separately.
