Multiscreen Setup to PLAY 4x4K Videos simultanously?

So I am planning an Artistic Setup, where I need the following:

4x4K Videos playing on 4 screens, then 1 FullHD "Control monitor".
What kind of hardware (PC; GPU) is needed for this, and, more importantly, is there a Software that lets me play these 4 Videos syncronously, and display a "Timline" on the fifth, where i can play and pause. Any help appreciated.
Or maybe you can suggest a forum that might be even more suitable to pose this kind of question?
