There's no such thing as wireless monitor 
My favourite monitors are smallHD, I really enjoy the AC7 OLED, though Convergent Design's new Odyssey7 looks quite good too.
To make a monitor wireless, you need a wireless transmitter and receiver. Something like the Teradek Bolt would do, or perhaps the Cube or Brik. The cube can send wireless video to your iPhone or iPad. I haven't used the Cube in a long time, but last time I used it (essentially when it was first released) there was a delay on the iPad and also it wasn't full res. They may have fixed those issues by now.
