WHAT/WHO: Master Cinematography Workshop: “The Power of the Image” with Christopher Baffa, ASC

Come join us for this exciting, “must attend” Master Cinematography Workshop, "The Power of the Image," led by Christopher Baffa, ASC. "The Power of the Image," is an in-depth, practical and interactive professional continuing education workshop and unique opportunity to learn real world visual storytelling, lighting, and camera movement techniques. Baffa, a 19-year veteran in the motion picture industry, will share his insights, best practices and techniques that he uses while filming the popular, new comedy-musical television series, "Glee," which has garnered a 2009 Teen Choice Award nomination for "Choice TV: Breakout Show." Mr. Baffa will also share case scenarios and teach real world applications of techniques that he used while filming the Emmy and Golden Globe award-winning, hit television series, "Nick/Tuck," and the award-winning dramedy feature film, "Running with Scissors," starring Alec Baldwin, Annette Bening, Brian Cox, Gwenyth Paltrow, and Joseph Fiennes. Baffa is a member of the American Society of Cinematographers (ASC) and was selected by Daily Variety in 1999 as one of the "Ten Cinematographers to Watch.”
