Love Undying - Short Script help needed

So, I'm collaborating with an Australian writer and friend. He wrote an award-winning short radio play (for audio only), and I'm going to work with him on converting it from radio to the screen and see if we can get someone interested in shooting it.

Title: Love Undying
Genre: Horror
Pages: 18

What I'd need help with is any suggestions on how to make it more "visual," since it was written to be listened to only. I have some ideas, but I thought I'd see if anyone here might also have some helpful suggestions. I haven't plugged it into Final Draft yet, so the formatting is not industry standard. If you're trying to get someone to shoot it, then I'd strongly urge you to rewrite this as a spec script. The reason it's not visual is because it's directed every step of the way, which severely compromises storytelling.

Yes, as I mentioned, this is the original script, written for production in radio (similar to a shooting script). As I also mentioned, I haven't formatted it into Final Draft or industry standard spec-script form yet. I was hoping to generate some feedback prior to the rewrite.
