Looking for Dialog clips to put together an audio tutorial

I was asked in another thread to show how understanding waveforms could make audio editing easier. So, I decided to put together a screen cast showing it.

Topics I need clips for:
- dialog editing
- How to rewrite/ repace in post
- how to deal with background noise/hum/etc...
- How to make room tone if you didn't capture it.
- How to use off the shelf library clips to not make them sound off the shelf (insomuch as I can)

What software will you use?

I'm using Apple's Soundtrack Pro, but the techniques will work in any audio package including Audacity (free)... and I just posted the first one on youtube and will be linking that thread here in a moment.
