Lilliput USB Monitor - can it work with my DSLR?

I have a 10" touchscreen USB Lilliput monitor that I got on eBay for quite a good price. It came without cables but managed to get a dual USB power which works when I plug it into my computer.

This is the monitor:

However, I bought the monitor in order to use it with my Canon 550D, but unfortunately it won't work. I'm wondering if there's any way with some cable setup that I could get it to work as an extended monitor for my DSLR?

That seems like the kind of device that would work but the mini display port is not something the monitor has on it. Is there such a thing that works with mini-USB? The monitor has an AC connection, a mini-USB and a big USB connection on it.
