This is my first post on indietalk, I'm looking to get some feedback on a film I directed. It's hot out of the post-production oven and is the first 'fashion film' I have directed. I'm looking for advice mainly on promotion and distribution, perhaps suggestions on festivals it could be entered into.
I've already submitted it to ASVOFF 5 (A Shaded View On Fashion Film Festival 5) and gotten some online and printed magazines involved. Everyone involved in the project volunteered their services and I feel that they deserve recognition for their, fairly impressive, performances & work.
Criticism welcome. Baring in mind it was produced on practically no budget and that 'fashion film' is very much a style over substance genre (e.g. I know the characters outfits seem to change randomly, it was intentional
