Lens for night shoot

Hi! I'm shooting a music video. I have a Canon 550D. Shooting at night. Only 'lighting' would be street lights and whatever lights that are there, like lights on billboards etc. Which lenses would you suggest I use for wide and close up shots.

Addendum: some good folks have suggested a 28mm and 50mm with apertures F/1.2 to F1.8. I haven't found any 28mm with F/1.2. Any suggestions please?
