Legal Forms/Contracts

You'll see many different variations of releases. As laws change sometimes lawyers make little tweeks that may or may not be overkill. There's no guarantee that something you find on the Internet for free will hold up in court if challenged, but for the most part releases like those posted by SonnyBo are fine. What's the alternative? Pay some lawyer $150? By the way, a release is an "out of the box" form, meaning that they should just email you an existing document file that they already have. Don't let some greedy lawyer tell you that he needs to draw one up from scratch and charge you for 2 hours of work!
