though I've posted numerous messages concerning this project I'm posting yet another one. I'm really hyped about getting this project doing and though I received many replies the last time everyone faded away...possibly because I had no deadline to harness that enthusiasm...
anyway, here's a description of the original idea I had -

I really hope some of you who showed interest once will show it again and those of you who never heard of it might decide to join this international undertaking.
