I'm shooting an instructional video for a exercise equipment company. I'm using a Canon XL2. Any recommendations for a custom preset? 60i or 30p? I'm thinking the two most important factors are the lighting and audio. I've never done an instructional video and just wanted to see if anyone had some experience to share. Thanks.
