Well, the comp is generic/a new brand (afaik), so that can be a risk. But the processor is name-brand, so you may be alright. It's video card is the standard integrated POS. You'll probably be able to edit, but you're really going to want to upgrade. So find a good, powerful video card with it's own memory. Talk to serious pc gamers, they will know their stuff about video/graphics cards.

The monitor that comes with it is big enough but is probably pretty cheap and it's definitely not made for color grading. It's better to shop for cpu and monitor separately.

If you do go with this computer, definitely get the warranty. And make sure if you make upgrades, take it to an authorized service center for and have them do it. Otherwise you'll void the warranty.

Just my .002

Spend at least $500 on a tripod. It will hold its value, last forever, and make a huge difference in the quality of your shots. Everyone looks to cut corners here because there are so many $129.99 tripods on the market. Resist. Resist. Resist.
For $30 you can get a functioning should mount, it's called the "Cowboy Mount".
Tascam DR100 for your audio recording.
The computer looks good, I wouldn't worry too much about brand, the internal components, even on a Mac are all made by the same companies. Check out Dell open box and scratch and dents too.
