Has anyone read the book? The first edition came out in 2006, with the second edition being released at the beginning of 2011. I'm hoping a lot of the book changed because there's been huge changes in the indie filmmaking world.

Comparing the sample pages and index on Amazon.com, it looks like a hugely different book now.
