editing Importing audio to Final Cut Pro

I shot a film and recorded sound onto a Zoom H4. After each days shoot I dumped the audio onto my lap top. If I want transfer the files to Final Cut Pro do I simply copy the wave files from my lap top onto a DVD and then open Final Cut Pro on another computer and import each of the files from the DVD?

You certainly do. A flash drive/Memory Pen/Key/USB Stick (what ever you want to call those things) might be even easier.

A flash drive would be best, or if the audio files are still on the card use a card eader pluged into the Mac to import to FCP
