I need help finding a good crew

I wish you were shooting in Las Vegas. I could hook you up. I've been trying to get a low budget feature to shoot here with my crew. I've got some really good people that can do multiple jobs (lighting, grip, sound, stunts, and effects), so that with a crew of five or 6, we could do everything. I've shot a 16mm feature with a 3 man crew before called EXCOP, now that was a challenge.
