I need a screenwriter who is willing to work alongwith me for a short film

I currently have an idea about the plot of the short film. I want a screenwriter who can work with me through online/offline in building the script. I also need that short film script to get produced. Any plot ideas are welcome. I just want to experience being in a screenwriting team and work with them through online/offline.
