I have this short film I would like to share with you guys

Hi Sam,

Just to let you know, people normally post their short films in this section here: http://www.indietalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=56 just a heads up ;)

I think the 3rd minute was my favourite part of your film. I liked the fast cuts between the guy in the car tearing up his degree and him running, I thought that worked quite well. The other shot I quite liked was at 3:09 with the tilt of the camera.

On the music side I don't think Moonlight Sonata worked, I feel like it didn't fit in with the story that well, whereas Seventh Symphony built up the emotion better.

You seem to know your way around quite well already with just 8 posts :)

Sam: as Emily said I'm not sure the music suited it, maybe a little bit in the second half. TBH I'm not sure why it was in black and white either and I'm not sure that I got the ending sorry

I think the text, especially the letters perhaps could have been a narration which could have filled the whole film.

Here I am saying all the things that I would do differently when there are a number of good elements. When the music stopped that really got my attention. Visuals were pretty good and I didn't notice any awkward angles. Good work
