how to write this scene?

The scene is set in a Police Interview room, where people being interviewed are the Accused, person making the charge, Witness, and way I want it shot, is the camera will focus on the Cops when they ask a question, and move to the person being asked the question...Now, I want the scene to be a continual shot when edited, but the person answering the question will change....Do I have to include headings each time the person answering changes, or is there another way of writing it???
