How to hire an entertainment lawyer?

I want to make some parody / satire comedy films though because there's so many people with barely a sense of humor and lots of lawsuit stories, it's always best to play it secure so what's a good lawyer for satire / parody humor? That would be an entertainment lawyer right? How much are they paid personally? I'm working on a company and I want to hire one who I can contact at almost anytime and they won't be busy with another client or anything. So how do I go about doing that?

Step 2: Talk to them. Explain your needs. Work out if you two are a good fit. If you find you two aren't a good fit, go to the next person in Step 1.
